Knott’s Jalapeno Popper Dip Pizza
- Pizza crust (homemade or store bought)
- Knott’s Jalapeno Popper Dip
- Cilantro for topping
- Prepare crust
- Thinly slice shallots and jalapenos. Combine in a bowl with olive oil, a squeeze of lime juice, salt and pepper.
- Assemble pizza: Knotts, shallots/jalapenos, light sprinkle of cheddar.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with cilantro before serving
