Knott’s Fried Pickle Dip Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
- Sourdough bread
- Knott’s Fried Pickle Dip
- Dill Havarti cheese (can substitute with plain Havarti, Fontina or Swiss)
- Provolone cheese
- Dill pickle slices
- Dill pickle chips (optional)
- Butter
- Mayonnaise
Instructions
- Spread one side of each bread slide with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
- Flip bread over and add a thin layer of fried pickle dip to each slice.
- Top with Havarti cheese, provolone cheese and a few dill pickle slices.
- Top with the other slice of bread.
- Heat a pan over medium heat, and butter the pan once it is hot.
- Add the sandwich and cook for a few minutes on each side until each side is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat. If desired, carefully open up the sandwich adding the dill pickle chips, gently close. Slice in half and enjoy!
