Knott’s Classic Pizza
- Pizza crust (homemade or store bought)
- 8 oz Container of Knott’s Pimiento Cheese
- 1/4 cup Bacon (pre-cooked and chopped) or Pepperoni
- Arugula or Spinach
- Prepare crust and roll into the shape you want.
- Assemble: Knott's Pimiento Cheese and meat across the face of the crust.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Top with arugula or spinach before serving.
