Ingredients

  • 1 container of either Knott Yo Grandma’s Classic Pimiento Cheese or Knott Yo Grandma’s Jalapeno Pimiento Cheese
  • 1 block of cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Topping Options: Chopped dried cranberries, finely chopped pecans, everything but the bagel seasoning, dried chives, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried rosemary, dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Combine Knott’s, cream cheese and shredded cheddar using a food processor or mixer.
  2. Scoop out 1 tablespoon sized balls of cheese and place on a parchment lined sheet.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Remove cheese balls from the fridge and roll in toppings of your choice.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate leftovers. Makes approximately 36.
