Ingredients

  • 1 Package of Hawaiian rolls (or rolls of choice; 12 count)
  • Knott’s Pimiento Cheese (of choice)
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Seseme Seeds
  • 2 Pounds Ground Beef
  • 1/4 Diced Onion
  • Pickles, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Season ground beef with salt and pepper. Mix together with diced onion and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Shape into slider patties and cook.
  4. Melt butter in a small bowl. Add sesame seeds and stir.
  5. Slice the sheet of buns in half.
  6. Put the bottom halves of buns in a baking pan and spread with the pimiento cheese.
  7. Layer with ground beef patties and sprinkle with shredded cheddar.
  8. Put tops on buns and brush with melted butter/sesame seed mixture.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and buns are golden brown.
  10. Serve with garnishes of choice.
