Ingredients

  • Sourdough bread
  • Knott’s Fried Pickle Dip
  • Dill Havarti cheese (can substitute with plain Havarti, Fontina or Swiss)
  • Provolone cheese
  • Dill pickle slices
  • Dill pickle chips (optional)
  • Butter
  • Mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Spread one side of each bread slide with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
  2. Flip bread over and add a thin layer of fried pickle dip to each slice.
  3. Top with Havarti cheese, provolone cheese and a few dill pickle slices.
  4. Top with the other slice of bread.
  5. Heat a pan over medium heat, and butter the pan once it is hot.
  6. Add the sandwich and cook for a few minutes on each side until each side is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from heat. If desired, carefully open up the sandwich adding the dill pickle chips, gently close. Slice in half and enjoy!
