Knott Yo Grandma’s Cheese Balls

Ingredients
- 1 container of either Knott Yo Grandma’s Classic Pimiento Cheese or Knott Yo Grandma’s Jalapeno Pimiento Cheese
- 1 block of cream cheese
- ⅓ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Topping Options: Chopped dried cranberries, finely chopped pecans, everything but the bagel seasoning, dried chives, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried rosemary, dried thyme
Instructions
- Combine Knott’s, cream cheese and shredded cheddar using a food processor or mixer.
- Scoop out 1 tablespoon sized balls of cheese and place on a parchment lined sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Remove cheese balls from the fridge and roll in toppings of your choice.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate leftovers. Makes approximately 36.
