Ham and Turkey Wraps & Pinwheels

  • 1 package, 10 inch tortilla shells
  • 8 oz Knotts Pimiento Cheese
  • 1 large red bell pepper, chopped
  • romaine or shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 lb Shaved Ham and/or Turkey
  • Paprika (Optional)
  • Parsley Flakes (Optional)


  1. Spread Knott’s Pimiento cheese on tortilla.
  2. Place a leaf of Romaine lettuce or create a layer of shredded lettuce.
  3. Top with red bell pepper.
  4. Add Ham and/or Turkey.
  5. Roll into a wrap, cut in half.
  6. If making pinwheels, after rolling into wrap, slice into ¼ to ½ inch spirals.
