Black Eyed Pea Dip

Ingredients
- 1 12 oz container of Knott’s Pimiento Cheese
- 2 14-oz cans of Black Eyed Peas
- 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 Tablespoon salsa
- Hot sauce to taste
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Drain black-eyed peas and partially mash. Leave some whole.
- Spread into a 1.5 quart baking dish and bake for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Serve with corn chips.
