Bacon Cheddar Ranch Collard Greens

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 cups chopped collard greens, ribs removed
- Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 containers of Knott’s Bacon Cheddar Ranch Dip
- 1/3 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- ½ cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large cast iron or oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add collard greens and cook until they soften.
- Once the greens are soft add the Knott’s Bacon Cheddar Ranch dip and stir until melted and creamy.
- Remove from heat. Combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil and panko in a separate bowl.
- Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese and panko on top of skillet of greens.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
