Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 cups chopped collard greens, ribs removed
  • Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 containers of Knott’s Bacon Cheddar Ranch Dip
  • 1/3 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a large cast iron or oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add collard greens and cook until they soften.
  4. Once the greens are soft add the Knott’s Bacon Cheddar Ranch dip and stir until melted and creamy.
  5. Remove from heat. Combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil and panko in a separate bowl.
  6. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese and panko on top of skillet of greens.
  7. Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
